The Escuela Vieja old fashioned may have changed my life. Simply incredible. The prices are good and the portions are generous so you can definitely bring some home. The cocktail menu is all customized and imagined by their mixologist who is clearly some kind of savant. The interior design is a wild mix of comfy and fancy, with tons of luchador masks and portraits of course.

We were on our way back to Oklahoma and stopped to eat at this place and we were not disappointed! We ordered the carne asada fries and hamburgesa Mexicana, it was delicious 😋 The waitress was really nice. the tables and restrooms were cleaned and amazing music 🎶 👍

Was on my way from Denver to New Mexico and had to pull over to charge my Tesla across the street. Going in I had zero expectations and just wanted to grab a bite. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted by a busy server and another gentleman and they let me know that they’ll be with me right away. I ordered to go and noticed how attentive the server was the entire time, even while attending to other people. The wait was not long at all as I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Not only was the food mind blowing but the service was some of the best I’ve ever received. The sauce and fries stood out to me the most, the flavor was to die for! Found this cute Gem while visiting in Alamosa. Colin made thee best jalapeño margarita. I can’t wait to go back and try one of their many hand crafted cocktails. I found out they also host a variety of fun and exciting events. Great atmosphere with a bit of a speakeasy type of vibe.

Great little stop in Alamosa. Incredibly friendly staff and a good variety of menu items. If you are looking for a place in this area with vegan options (tough to find) - Luchas has vegan tacos and a vegan burger. The cheese fries were the highlights!
