Lua Vietnamese Restaurant

I loved visiting this place for the first time. The area is improving and I found parking close to the restaurant. I had their Pho special with a new friend and it was amazingly delicious. The owner Jasmine is professional and really cares about her customers and new business. Service staff made sure we were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable, making me feel its authenticity. I can’t wait to go back and bring another friend.

I'm wondering why this store does not have more customers. Phá lấu is so good with their tamarind sauce, bột chiên is crispy, papaya salad is tasty. I hope the sauce is more flavorful so I can enjoy salad and bột chiên better. Customer service is as great as their hot jasmine tea pot. Will come back when I visit Philly again ❤

So happy to have found a place that not only serves phá lấu but it tastes good! But other than that, everything else is normal. Bánh tráng trộn tastes fine but it lacks toppings. Bún chả is standard. Bánh mì chảo suppose to be hot but this is like room temp so it just makes everything in that dish not good, kinda disappointed. Bột chiên is okay, and they do have green papaya; I think the mixed soy sauce could be a little better but good enough. Friendly staff. I dont know why they close quite early, so it's just hard to come here to grab food

Ive had Lua for dine in and take out and both experiences were great! The Pho Special is my favorite dish, but there summer rolls are phenomenal too. Will definitely come back to try their bahn mi!

The foods are amazing, their menu has a few items I couldn’t find anywhere else. Phá lấu and bột chiên taste just as good as in VietNam. Very friendly staffs, the only negative thing is hard to find a parking. Overall really good experience. Highly recommended.
