By far, this is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in New Jersey. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and without a single complaint. We started with drinks, and they did not disappoint. The passion fruit pisco sour was very good, but the chilcano was truly exceptional—it felt just like having one in Peru. The food was on another level. The makis, paired with their sauce, were outstanding. The leche de tigre was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice and acidity. We came specifically looking for the Chaufa Selvático, and it was absolutely delicious. The arroz con mariscos, served with ceviche, was equally impressive—fresh, flavorful, and well executed. The food was delicious, everything we ordered was amazing. We had leche de Tigre, Chaufa aeropuerto, Lomo y tallarines verdes…. So tasty 😋. The service was exeptional, Maricielo our waitress did recommend 2 drinks and they were on point. Mango Inka and Chola Rosada… will return for Brunch on Sundays.

First time coming here and surely won’t be my last. As a fellow Peruvian who knows what good and authentic Peruvian food should taste like, L’Punto takes the cake! 10 out of 10 for sure. From the very first bite, it’s clear that this place has true culinary talent. The flavors are bold and well executed: the meats and seafood are well seasoned, the homemade sauces enhance without overpowering, and each dish shows real care in preparation. In particular, the appetizers and main courses prove that the chef understands the nuances of Peruvian flavor. Buuuut… the overall experience is overshadowed by aspects that cannot be overlooked: Slow and distracted service: - The staff seemed overwhelmed or poorly coordinated.
