Louie's Texas Red Hots

Old Buffalo charm here. As always the texas hots are the star. Had the hot dog special for breakfast, like I always do. Spot on! Fries with a side of sauce and a loganberry to drink. Great Buffalo tradition!!!

I LOVE LOUIS!!! Louis is THE standard for Texas Hots, HANDS DOWN! I grew up a few blocks away, and their 'Slime Dogs' haven't changed one bit since I was a wee lad!! Their Buy 5 Texas Hots, Get One free is perfect for one person who ! I eat 6 and sometimes even get a side of fries and Texas sauce to dip them in! They have wonderful souvlakis as well, for breakfast , lunch, or dinner! Their breakfasts are also fantastic! If you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for?!?!

Stopped during the wind advisory as I had to pass Louie's to get home. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Double wrapped the hotdogs and they were warm when I got home. Friendly service.

The food was fine. Normal cheeseburger fries, My issue is I ordered takeout I go to pick up my order hand the lady my card and she asked me do I want to leave a tip, are you insane? You leave a tip if I eat in. You get paid to cash me out and make the food absolutely entitled craziness from some of these restaurants. Will not go back here or any restaurant that tries to force people to tip when they did nothing to deserve it.

BEST BREAKFAST in Buffalo! (J) Fry's are home fries burned to crispy perfection.. When ordering ask for (J) Fry's if you love potatoes and crispy bit of heaven. Waitresses are all So nice.. highly recommended. .Here is what they look like... Gotta have them.. and breakfast is served all day.
