Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

We understand it is the day before thanksgiving. We understand it will take longer than usual to make a pizza when it's busy. This time it took an hour to make. The main problem was that it was not edible. The top was burnt and the inside was not cooked at all. We ended up getting grimaldis and ended up tasting way better and wasn't undercooked. Very disappointed especially when everyone wanted deep dish. Would not recommend on busy days at all.

Came to carryout window to order and eat a deep dish pizza in truck. Seemed a bit loud inside. Cashier and order taker was polite and patient with me despite my hear impairment and challenges hearing him. Food was got and fresh. I also bought two frozen pizzas to take home. Ive been here before back in June and the last visit was also great.

Being originally from Chicago not I live in Naperville Chicago lol. I'd go to Lou's about once a month and this one is huge and very nice outside seating. Just as normal to get a well done pie you wait a good amount of time. With the big screen TVs to watch and good friends that hail from Chicago also we chop it up and time passes. The Malnati Chicago Classic is the one I gravitate too, the large. Every time its so good and they brought the flavor with them 1600 miles away. Its in a great location close to the 101 off Scottsdale Rd, and back off the road that its quite enough while outside eating. It was actually really great I thought you know just another pizza place but no! It was so good I never had a deep dish pizza but im in love I tell you. And really stuffed. Great pizza waiters and waitresses!

Fantastic experience. The salad was super amazing, and pizza oh so fresh and tasty. Came back march 4th had the cheese ravioli - very bland. And our server was very very slow. Water is what we had for our drinks. And I had finished my meal on a empty glass of water had to say can you bring a refill, finally the young lad did. Even the bread was not great, very bland. And it was a good 20 min or more tell the dishes from table were removed
