Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I order two well done Deep Dish pizzas. One was undercooked and the other was just edible. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been going here for a long time, but quality and service has been going down. Two of my recent orders were missing items. Today I did pickup to avoid this. I had to wait 30 minutes after the pickup time only to come home and realize that my thin crust pizza was burnt and my deep dish pizza was not cooked enough to the point where I did not feel comfortable eating it unless I put it back in the oven. Very dissapointing.

Restaurant was clean. Order was ready at time promised. My mother and I order personal deep dish pizzas, her the classic with sausage, me the buffalo chicken one. Both DELICIOUS, cooked perfectly, and hit the spot. So good that Lou's might have to fall into our dinner rotation more often.

Just had Lou Malnatis for our monthly family dinner. Two large stuffed pizzas and two thin pizzas. One was the new triple pepperoni pizza. We also ordered three orders of chicken wings. Everyone in the family loved everything. We can’t wait to order from them again.

What changed? We’ve been ordering Deep Dish pizza here for years. The past 3 orders the pizza didn’t have any flavor. No tastes at all. First time we thought just a bad day, but not 3 X’s in a row. I’m done ordering here for awhile. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
