Great experience at this upscale lounge. Live singing music accompanied the DJ while we enjoyed drinks and good hookah. Serge the owner is a gentleman and very accommodating to his customers, ensuring that they have the best level of entertaining enjoyment! Service can be a little slow at times waiting for the waitress and hookah guy to change the cubes, but then again it gets very busy after 11PM until 4AM

Lou Lou Lounge is a wonderful place with a great atmosphere. The food and drinks are delicious. Everyone who works there is friendly, attentive and welcoming. The team creates a very warm and enjoyable environment. The last time we were there for a Bingo night and had so much fun. It was a very enjoyable evening and we will definitely come back again.

Went there for the first time for a party event. Ordered sushi. It was ok. Had their "honey cake" for desert. I dont know what it had in common with honey..Nothing special. Atmosphere and design of the place didnt make any sense to me at all. Waitresses seem tired and annoyed. Prices are regular, decent. Overall- place is nothing special. Distasteful, boring nonsense.

I had the pleasure of being served by Svitlana on a quiet night. Her service was a masterclass in hospitality. She was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about mixology. She even patiently humored my attempt to concept a Ukrainian flag-colored cocktail, despite not having all the ingredients. It's rare to find a bartender who cares so deeply about the stories behind the drinks. I'll definitely be back to see her and hopefully try the final version! A true asset to the bar.

My family and I have been familiar with Lou Lou Lounge for a long time since it’s a local spot that many people in the neighborhood visit. I would not call it a terrible place overall, but the situations we’ve witnessed recently are extremely concerning and have changed our perception of this establishment. First, the security staff has become increasingly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. They have resorted to using high-grade pepper spray outside the venue, which is a completely inappropriate and dangerous method of handling situations in a crowded environment.
