Lou Lou Bakes, LLC

Sorry if I'm wrong but I don't see how I can be but I literally just took my scooter here from Locust Street and could not find this bakery for the life of me! I didn't even see a house (it's a residential area) with the number 80 on it at all! No sign anywhere identifying this "bakery". Very very weird!

Absolutely love this shop! Ms Mary Lou is wonderful, and never fails to satisfy! She took my order on last minute, literally 4-5 before the event, and listened to what I said my mom wanted! Boy did she deliver!! Everyone loved the cakes, and asked where we got them!!

I called Lou Lou Bakes to see if they had any Macarons, the woman I spoke with, which I’m guessing was Lou Lou, I’m not sure, said she made a fresh batch and had delivered them to Scripts Cafe. I went down to Scripts and bought a big box of them. Can I just say that those cookies were so good I had a dream about eating them later that night. Scripts Cafe was a cute spot I had never heard of to be honest, but I’m glad I went in there and plan on going again. The whole experience was great, so now I have new favorite cookie and a nice place to get a coffee. But those cookies..... do yourself a favor, get a big box!

After initially responding that a cake could be made and delivered, I received no call, email response or confirmation of my submitted order. Due to this being during the pandemic, I was unable to do anything else for a loved one’s birthday last month. This is the worst customer service. I will never order from this bakery.

Ordered cookies for a graduation party and not only did they look amazing they tasted amazing!! Highly Recommended 🎉🎉
