Customer Reviews
This place is a hidden gem! I ordered the beet & chèvre salad, which was made with delicate attention to detail and great presentation as well. The service was probably the best in downtown Palo Alto - super friendly and attentive waitress. The fact that it is tucked away and the unique colonial Spanish themed decor gives it a classy and mysterious air. There was no loud background music and I felt like I had a lot of privacy. It seems to be owned by a different management than President’s Terrance, which does not have the best waitstaff, so I had low expectations. Am glad to say that the vibe here was classy, discrete, and unique.
Such a great experience at the hotel bar! The bartender Jeff was super kind and friendly, and the espresso martini was absolutely delicious. You can really tell when someone cares about what they do. Would happily come back again!
We went to the Graduate by Hilton to eat at Lou & Herbert's for lunch. It's a nice little restaurant and bar with very nice decor, and it even has a nice fireplace. Our server, Carolina was really nice and so was Tony the chef. We had the Rigatoni Primavera, which was good and Katia's Shrimp Ceviche that was excellent and very craveable. We'll come back sometime for breakfast and dinner!
Everything was just adding to the great taste of the meal order especially the hostess great and inviting personality topped with a genuine smile. I highly recommend having a dining experience in this restaurant.
It's a hotel bar. Nice place to have a conversation. They have nice chairs, quiet, and not too busy. There is also a roof top bar upstairs. Different menu and little cold and windy. Drinks are so so, nice place to hangout tho.
