Lothian House Bed & Breakfast

This was such a great find. Host was such a wonerful person. House is very clean and loaded with such cool antiques and stuff. Rooms was spacious and very confortable. The grounds were beautful with the river right next to the property. This is a great place to stay for shows at Bethel Woods or just to get away from the city.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Lothian House this past weekend while we enjoyed the fall foliage and all that Sullivan County has to offer. I must say this B & B was Beautiful and the Scenic Delaware River was breathtaking. The owners Bill and Lou were very gracious and accommodating. We have been coming to Landers and staying at the campgrounds for years but finally found out about this location offering the overnight stays. It is a large, warm victorian style home ran by the nicest couple who cater to all your needs and know the area well. The overall experience was great with the house theme itself especially being unique. All the rooms are different and the entire residence is older but extremely clean with breakfast and utilities offered. You can rent tubes for the day and visit the nearby falls or river and explore. We stayed here for a few nights last week and had an awesome stay, will definitely be returning with the family next time around.

My husband and I and our little baby boy after enjoying the day with our parents who stay in the campground, we decided to stay at Lou’s house for 1 night. It was a pleasure to stay there . Her house was a great experience with a lot of collections. Our room was super quiet even with a thunderstorm. Bed very comfy and clean room . Lou’s a an awesome and lovely person with a big heart. We will definitely be back

Bill & Lou were fabulous hosts. Their B&B is like a museum with all kinds of things throughout the house. It was interesting to look through each room and see things I've never seen before. Our bed was comfy with a good shower. Breakfast in the morning was great. We bought some items from their Christmas shop. We would stay again and hope to go to the Woodstock Museum they say is 10" away. They have tubes to rent there also but we didn't have time this trip.
