Lost Texan BBQ

In my travels across the country and back, I had yet to encounter a place with all boxes checked. For the quick bite and excellent service- it is top notch. On a whim, we went in for lunch, not expecting much, but was greeted warmly and lovingly by the owner and kin. We were guided through the process which was simple to follow and got a couple different meats. Most times when we go to meat shops, the meat is overcooked, dry, over seasoned, under seasoned. This was not the case. Hot, perfectly seasoned meat was awaiting us. Normally sauce is mandatory, but not here- it detracted from the flavors. Save your time looking. This place beats em all with meat so juicy n flavorful you dont need any of their 6 amazing sauces. Not a bad thing here. The service was fast and friendly as anyone could ask for. I highly recommend the lost Texan as I am found hahah. Will be back many time more

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Judy who has done an amazing job since taking over this previous establishment. Adding her own Texan touch with some individual Mexican heat added such an incredible flavor to every bite we ate! Combined my family tried all of the sides and all of the meat. For remainder of December the smoked turkey is still available and melts right in your mouth while the 18 hour slow smoked brisket with jampacked for flavor. My personal side favorites were the potato salad with the perfect amount of pickle and the coleslaw. That was crisp and juicy. Bring your family you won’t be disappointed.

Texan I went to last Texan with the old owner no Bueno. It’s banging now for sure. Gotta try their Twinkie. It’s a pepper wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese with some sweet spicy sauce yummy the briskets to die for gotta get me some of them taters.
