Lost Pizza Co Columbus

Great service. Atmosphere was clean and vibrant. Pizza was good- The Kujo (supreme) individual size was filling, nice thick crust and tasty toppings. Side salad wasn't much. Tried the boneless wings and they were smaller than I envisioned. The Delta dust rub hit hard with sweetness and was too overpowering for my taste...sorry Zach can't claim they are the best in town. Overall would recommend.

I regularly order my pizza with extra chicken, it cost $2.50 for each extra. Every now and then I get a rep extra portion of chicken, usually it’s the same amount of chicken as it would have been if I didn’t pay the extra up charge. The pizza here used to be on point and perfect nearly every single time, not sure if it’s a staff change or what’s going on but lately all of the pizzas have been very soupy and wet. This one included. Save your money on the extras cause you likely won’t get them .

I went to Lost Pizza on Thursday, March 5, 2026. I purchased a large Italian sausage pizza extra cheese. I called in my order and explicitly told the person that I did not want my pizza cooked dark. I wanted to be able to have at least a cheese pull. I went to pick up my pizza and it was overcooked exactly how I asked them not to cook it. The person that answered the phone when I went back in to give them the pizza back was VERY RUDE. She had the audacity to tell me that the pizza was perfectly fine. I told her that you not the one eating it or using your money to purchase it. And I asked for her manager. His name was Jordan. I told him I was not satisfied with the pizza and that I told his staff person what I requested. He proceeded to tell me also that the pizza was perfectly fine and th

I recommend you find a different pizza restaurant in Columbus. The food is abhorrent for the price. Save some money and buy a Little Caesar’s pizza instead. It will have better crust and taste about as nice for 1/3 of the price. I paid $20 for a sloppy medium thin crust pizza that was harder than any cracker I’ve ever had. Very disappointing for the price. It seems there is zero quality control at this location or the manager just truly doesn’t care about the pizza quality. The only saving grace about this location is the friendly staff. Seriously? What the heck is even this for $20? (See picture =>)

I come to Columbus for work multiple times a year and always eat at Lost Pizza a couple times a trip. The staff is always very nice, the atmosphere is great and the food is wonderful! You can’t beat their cheese sticks/bread for only $7! Everything is made when you order so it’s always hot and fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
