Los Victor's Mexican Food California Style #5

Good food. Openly hostile service to the extent that I was hesitant to eat the food for fear they'd spit in it. The reason? I saw "California Style" on the sign, so ordered a burrito. Then I saw that they have red and green chile on the menu. This being New Mexico and all, I changed my order before it was placed with the kitchen. The cashier acted like I had committed a crime against humanity. He pfft'd at us, complained about voiding a transaction on the register and was just generally snarly. Then my friend committed the egregious act of grabbing a soda bottle out of the beverage fridge. This fridge is apparently behind a line that is meant for employees only. We didn't see or notice this, so please forgive, but again, big reaction over it. The food was really good and I didn't

We ordered pick up ahead of time since we were getting done with a 13 hour drive. We ordered 2 chicken chimichanga plates with horchata and Jamaica. Beans and rice were delicious and not over cooked. The chimichanga was made with beans and chicken inside covered with guacamole, sour cream and cheese. I would have liked more cheese but it was still tasty nonetheless. Horchata was amazing. Not too sweet or too watery. Made just right. We came for pick up, but there is seating inside and outside. There is a large menu selection too.

Perfect place to stop if you are in Deming! Quick and friendly service. Food is AMAZING i ate my entire plate. Food came out HOT lots of love in those recipes :)

Finally had an opportunity to visit my favorite spot. It's been 2 years since the last time I ate here. The caldo de pescado has to be my favorite dish. Looking forward to eating here again.

My burrito was pretty good the tortilla was homemade and the size of the burrito 🌯 was good my wife tacos they wasn't stingy with the meat, and the taco shell was homemade too
