Los Panchos Mexican Food Restaurant

Went in for lunch. Wonderful atmosphere and people. I sat at the bar and the bartender, Eliza, was great. Ordered enchilada plate with one of each kind, all were very tasty. Fresh warm chips and really good handmade salsa while you wait for your food. Wide selection of drinks available from sodas and frozen drinks to beer and liquor drinks. Owner was actually in the kitchen making dishes. Nice variety in preparations and meats available, with plenty of options and different flavors. Really enjoyed my first time there, will definitely be back to try some more treats.

The food was cold I order shrimp tacos the shrimp was hard and cold it was like they were sitting out and they tried to warm the shrimp and made them hard I threw it away cause it wasn't worth eating my money just went down the drain

The food was really good, seasoned well fresh..the best guacamole I've ever had...service was ok..I had a lot of questions and she didn't seem interested in elaborating on my questions.

I've eaten at restaurants across the country, and Los Panchos was the best Mexican restaurant I've eaten at in years. We came on Sunday, 2/19/23, at 3 pm CST, so whoever cooked for us killed it. The shrimp chimichanga was rich, full, and bursting with flavor. It was stuffed with delicious fresh, succulent shrimp, peppers, onions, garlic, and much more! The shredded chicken taco salad was flavorful and huge; however, the homemade salsa was to die for! The salsa was seasoned perfectly with parsley, garlic, and salt (so many forget the salt!). The shredded chicken chimichanga was great, too, but nothing compared to the shrimp 🦐 chimichanga. If you are on the west bank, do yourself a favor and come to Los Panchos!
