Los Olivos Bistro

Ate dinner here on a Tuesday night and most of the tables were taken. Nicely decorated restaurant with a warm feel. The food was very good. For an appetizer, we had a sweet beef empanada and a ham and cheese empanada; the beef was the better of the two. I also had a hearty tomato soup. It wasn’t creamy and it was chunky with tomatoes. It was good but I prefer a creamy tomato basil soup. For dinner, the homemade ravioli with beef ragu was good but the ravioli was too thick and chewy. I did like the cheese and ragu. We also ordered the fried beef covered with creamed spinach and cheese and it was very good. Overall it was a very nice dinner.

I went to Los Olivos for lunch ,in Boca Raton. I ordered The steak Milanesa Florentine and an empanada for an appetizer. I definitely enjoyed my meal. The steak was cooked perfect. The flavor was good and the empanada was also excellent. This is a cozy bistro with great service and atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the bistro. I will definitely go back to try their homemade pastas.

I stumbled on this beautiful quaint place in Boca Raton while looking for a quite peaceful place to have lunch, when to my surprise the food, the service and overall experience was simply delightful. I have since come back and might just make it my permanent lunch place. I’m not sure how long they have been here and it is definitely worth coming. Very nice Argentinian spot in Boca..one of our favorite place to go for lunch..love the empanadas and canastitas..highly recommend the Los Olivos salad and the dulce de leche panqueque😋
