This truck surprised me. Served me one of those Instagram/tiktok good looking plates and it tasted amazing. Definitely a hidden gem restaurant. I recommend coming here if you want authentic Mexican.
Food was spectacular. Best quesadilla and birria tacos I’ve ever had. 1000% recommend this place to every one. Very nice and hospitable. Amazing food.

This is by far the best taco spot in Greenville- Hands Down. My GF and I travel to Mexico often and we are always trying to compare the tacos in MX -vs- places we find back in the US. This is a husband and wife team and they truly know what they are doing. Generous portions and just amazing flavor overall. You have to try the Quesabirria tacos! Chefs Kiss!! We love Los Diaz Tacos. Such good authentic Mexican cuisine!! You can tell with every bite the love and soul that is put into this food. Will definitely return again and again.
