Lo's Chinese Restaurant

I moved to the area about a year ago and I kept trying to find a Chinese store that I liked & bingo. I highly recommend it they deliver. They take your order so kindly I’m so impressed on their Customer Service and their food is delicious. I like their white rice & general toast, chicken it’s a bit spice, but I like it. We also had the chicken wings french fries ripped tips and eggrolls. Our choice of drink from here is homemade Fruit punch their delivery is really fast and small and they sent you a link to track your food.

That delivery driver is such a disgusting human being! Always has stuck a nasty disposition when drop them food off even if you’re nice and pleasant he’s still just exudes such negative aura and then had the audacity to toss me my food! All tea! Now i will say the food is ok, they have new employee there who are a lot nicer then the owners! The women there is also very rude! Hopefully you have a different experience!

Dear Lo restaurant, I first ordered from your store in 2002 when I moved to the area and I got sick because the grease you dry your food in was dirty ( not changed). It was chicken wings. I will never forget that. Now I took a chance after so many years and ordered tonight 9/11/25. The grease is still the same and tastes horribly! When you fry foods half of the day .. CHANGE YOUR GREASE PLEASE!! Those who know how to cook can taste the difference in foods . Please change it !!! The fried food wouldn’t be horrible if you did this regularly.

The food is excellent! The general tso wings and shrimp fried rice are my go-to. The rice is not salty or greasy, it's light and fresh (they could add more veggies). The general tso sauce is perfectly sweet and spicy. The place looks like a dump but the food is great and consistent.

The place is very dirty and the customer service is horrible. The chicken does not look the cleanest.
