Los Angeles Mexican Restaurant

The place is now called La Tampi and focuses on Mexican-style seafood. It's a nice stop for a bite after being on the road for a while. I had the shrimp tacos and they were plentiful and tasty.

Food was good, the waitress was very friendly and she smelled delicious. The place was clean, good music, I recommend it, I ordered a mojarra a la diabla

I tried this place 3 mths ago and was impressed with their selection and how authentic the food was. We had to come back up to see my folks and made it a must place to stop for dinner again.

The food was great! Highly recommend the quesadilla texana! See pics! Its alot of food and can easily be shared. Lots of food choices so something for everyone. Not alot of seating so get there early or you might have a wait. Only about 10 tables.

Service was very slow but it was a rainy day and very busy. We weren't in a hurry so it was ok. Maybe 1 hour to seat down and waiting 35 minutes to get food. Food was very good and tasty. Margarita was handmade and delicious. Building is old but staff was friendly.
