Los Amigos Restaurant

We went for a quick dinner. The young guy that served was very attentive and nice to us. I had the Mexican style steak, my wife the chicken nachos and my daughter chicken fajitas. Everything was good. Since we went on the later side they had Mexican music on.

Do not waste your money at this place. My husband and I had never tried this place before we were excited to try something new and thoroughly disappointed. Because we have never been there before we called to find out how many tacos came in an order. My husband was told three so we thought that was really fair $5 for 3 small tacos. So we each ordered two orders of pork tacos and two steak. I also got a quesadilla and a side of rice and my husband got a steak dinner that was supposed to come with french fries and a salad. The staff was rude and unattentive. We went there during one of their birthday parties apparently and they were too busy enjoying themselves to do any actual work. My service here was horrible, my server first screws up my children's order forgetting one of their plates and saying she thought my 2 boys were going to share - common sense its a $7 small kids meal why would my 14 year old be eating off my younger son's plate and not have his own. The worst of all is that they have a drink menu with one price and try charging whatever price they want on the receipt and when I asked why was that that the price should be what's on the menu she told me she wouldnt correct it so I stated I wouldnt pay if that was the case because that is false advertisement, I wonder how many others got charged extra without knowing. My friends meal showed $23 on the menu and got charged $32 on the receipt. I will never come again horrible business.

I usually have no issues at this place. A few minutes ago I ordered some food and when I saw my salad I noticed that I did not have enough tomatoes ( for my tasting ) So I asked the lady for more tomatoes. I said that I wouldn’t mind paying ( I assumed it would be 1 dollar the most).while she was in the back I asked another waitress how much it would be with extra tomatoes and she said: don’t worry about it. So when the other lady came with the tomato order I asked her too. The original price was 13.50 And then she said with the tomatoes it would be 19 dollars! So 5 dollars for a few slices of tomatoes! That’s ridiculous. I expressed my concern and she said: you don’t want it ok ( with an attitude) She was rude and def not accommodating to the needs of The customer. She was a tall Hispanic

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews unless it’s horrible or absolutely amazing. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. The service was not great. The chips were so stale my teeth hurt. The salsa is so overpowering with heat that there’s no flavor. I was hoping there would be some redemption with the food. Long story short, we’re headed to Taco Bell. We came in starving from working all day. The heat in the food leaves the food to be less than desirable. And I like heat. But it’s too much with no flavor. I’m southern so everything I eat needs some heat. But this is just nasty. I hope it gets better
