Lo'roko Pupuseria & Grill

Tried this place for the first time and had mixed reviews. I got the bean and cheese pupusas and I thought they were great, very happy with that. What I was actually very disappointed with was the corn tamale I ordered. It was like almost $6 and when I opened the box I quickly noticed something was wrong. Both ends of the tamale were super hard, like inedible hard couldn’t even bite through it. The only edible part was the middle but it was still hard and almost rubbery and it was more on the smaller side. The flavor was good and I would love to try another one hoping the texture is better but I was really disappointed with the one I was served and hope they really aren’t like that.

Great customer service and delicious food! Everything was juicy and fresh with a good amount of toppings, and the pupusas were a really good size

I wanna bring this to the owner’s attention. This is the second time that happens when I try to place the order by phone I called the lady asked me if I could Wait to grab my order as a yes, literally took it almost like nine minutes and then she hung up. I was already in the corner. My reason for calling me before I arrive is to make sure the food has been prepared and I don’t have to wait in the restaurant. I know they were busy, but it’s a second time that happens.. The food is really good. This is my spot, but you guys should work a little bit more in customer service.
