Looney’s Pub Perry Hall

As someone who has never had the patience to write a review, tonight I am taking the time to write my first. From the start we ordered 2 drinks, a raspberry creamsicle crush and a beer. We waited about 15-20 minutes for two drinks to come out. Not off to a great start but hey it’s Friday night I get it! We then ordered sampler wings, kids cheese quesadilla and a seafood quesadilla. Wait another 20 minutes on top of the 15 so 35 minutes for our food to come out, like I said it’s Friday I get it! When the food comes out I ask if the jerk wings were supposed to be a bare wing with slight dry rub I was told yes. Usually when you order jerk wings you don’t expect a dry rub… whatever I ask to switch them out with 4 bbq wings she says yes. At that point I had not touched my food yet. While waiti

I, once had a great experience ordering out at Looney’s Pub but what I experienced tonight, was by far the worst customer experience. The first time order I ordered out and it was ban n shrimp and French fries, the sauce was delicious and on the side. I ordered tonight, and requested the shrimp fried hard with fries, but when I got the shrimp, I checked the box, and they were soggy. I went back inside and asked if I can get a remake because of how soggy the shrimp were and I was denied a remake and was told I’ll be charged again because I did request sauce on the side. For a to-go order that is being closed up and still hot…. Especially knowing I did not want soggy shrimp, why was the sauce even on there. I would like a refund and will be back up the store to speak with a General manag

Excellent customer service and nice atmosphere. Plenty of seating and TVs everywhere. For food ordered the following: Wing sampler (honey old bay, yard bird, jerk): 8/10 Short rib tacos: 8/10 wish there a lot more of the green sauce. A lot of meat, pretty good. Mozzarella moons: 10/10 amazing batter, very good. Bang n shrimp: 9/10 comes with very little sauce, get more on the side, very good. Cinnabon cheesecake: 10/10 amazing. Didn’t get the berries as advertised, didn’t need it.

The honey oldbay wings are to die for. The sweetness and the perfect consistency of the honey with the saltiness of the old bay have you drooling just from the aroma. And you can't beat the pull on the mozzarella moons and might I add the best shape for scooping I ton of marinara 😋 and the crab dip is on point for Maryland. I llactually like the fact the salsa and sour cream are to the side keeps the nachos crispy especially with the melted cheese on top!
