Lonoke County Health Department

They didn't know what we were there for when we had an appointment to be tested for COVID-19... After calling letting them know we were in the parking lot for our appointment my daughter and I had to wait outside for over 30 minutes before the nurse came out... No other people were there in the parking lot to be seen so I thought that was pretty ridiculous. They do good for immunizations though...

Terrible service when I went in this last week every lady in the back told me with an attitude it would be a minute to continue their conversations about their days. So I just set the paper down that I was trying to turn in and I guess they decided they wasn’t going to do anything with it since I’m still waiting on what I need. Definitely won’t be using lonoke again 0 stars if I could definitely recommend new staff.

The front desk agent, Gloria is a grumpy old woman with zero customer service skills. Put that lady through some people skills training or get rid of her.

The people are so sweet and helpful, they treat you like longtime friends. I'd never go anywhere else
