Fast friendly service and very fair prices. I had a small cheese pizza half pepperoni. A lot of Greek pizza in this area and I'd say Longo's does this style of pizza the best. Great crust, sauce has nice flavor and high quality cheese. Only thing I'd change is ask to have the pepperoni on top of the cheese. First time here and I will definetly come back again.
I respect the pizza the probably best in the Plainfield and Moosup area. But my God, they need to work on their cheesesteak, as someone who has worked in the restaurant business why are you toasting cheese on the bread ? then proceeded to cook the meat on the grill? when you need to be throwing the cheese on the meat that’s on the grill, the steak had no seasoning(very bland) the cheese was like over baked (because you cooked it in the oven while toasting the bread)I asked for onions they might’ve threw like three pieces of onions on it . All you need is some garlic butter and a little bit of salt and pepper. Was very upset with my grinder.
We stopped by on our way home, and got cheese, pepperoni, and gluten free pizzas. The man behind the counter assured my husband it would be the best gluten free pizza he had ever eaten and we would have to agree- delish! We also got chips and drinks. The decor was very nice and the restrooms were clean. It looked like there were homemade chocolate chip cookies available.
This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered meatballs, chili, and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were not house made and had a rubbery texture to them. The marinara with the meatballs was good. The chili was quite tasty and very thick. The pizza was a typical North East CT Greek pizza. Not great but not bad. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 6.4.
The food here was very good. I ordered a falafel wrap. It is very clean. You place your order at the register and they bring it to you. It seems more people order take out than sitting in the restaurant. I would recommend giving them a try.
