Longo's Bakery

I grew up in Hazleton and now live out of the area . I always purchased Longo's pizza when I lived here. Last week while visiting I purchased a box of pizza and was totally disappointed with the quality. Very dry, almost a stale texture and the pieces were very small. Sad to see this happen. Guess I'll have to buy Senapes' the next time.

The worst pizza I've had in ages, exp. Date said 1/29 that was last thursday. It's terrible, dry hard not even cut . I wasted my money on this who has money to waste, really feel ripped off. Last time for us

I got a pizza that was raw dough! This used to be one of my favorites but something had changed. It is not even edible as you can see in the photos. What happened Longos?

Longo's bakery has a lot of good stuff, mostly pizza. There is one unique item, pitza. Pitza is square pizza made with sauce and cheese. Not the mozzarella cheese that is hot and gooey. It is more like the cheese that one would pour out of a can. I am not a fan of cold pizza but the pitza is definitely unique. I like the taste. The sauce is slightly spicy, very slightly and there is more than one cheese. The dough is chewy, different and unique from the usual hot crusty with lots of big whole dough in hot pizza. The prices are reasonable. Longo's also makes "regular" pizza. The staff is very friendly.

I bought a box of this pizza at my local grocery store. The cheese tasted terrible. A few hours after eating the pizza I started to vomit and had diarrhea the rest of the day.
