His customer service is flawless — always attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. He has a warm, positive attitude that makes every dining experience better. When we come out to enjoy dinner, it’s refreshing to have someone who truly understands how to take care of guests. Michael goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, making us feel welcome and appreciated. His upbeat personality and dedication to excellence are exactly what makes customers return again and again. After visiting the Long Horn in Huntsville, I was really hesitant to try this one, but my daughter wanted to go to Long Horn after visiting the one in Dallas. The food was so good. I did not know the food was going to be good, so I played it safe and ordered shrimp with a salad, a baked potato, and the corn on the cob. We had spinach and pita chips for an appetizer. Others in my party ordered the ribeye, with broccoli, and a salad, steak, with broccoli, and mashed potatoes, and steak, with mac n cheese, and a sweet potato. The person who served our table did an amazing job! The steaks were tender and not overcooked. I would definitely frequent this location again.

Our waitress Brittany was nothing short of amazing! On time, efficient & overall 10/10 recommend! Next time me & my family come back we want her ;)

Realizing we were a take out order and weren’t a priority, the restaurant was not very busy and after waiting an additional 15 minutes than was promised our order was still not ready. I must ask, if one sat down at a table and ordered a meal and almost an hour had elapsed, how many customers would return for that type of service. The lady next to us in the parking lot had also grown tired of waiting. As I thought we were forgotten, when I finally arrived home with our food, only 7 minutes from the restaurant, our food was cold. They also failed to include an order of Mac-n-cheese. The Caesar’s salad is only a bowl of lettuce. This is today’s generation and idea of service. The final straw is these apps requiring a tip to be paid prior to service. We have always bragged about this restauran

Best Longhorn Steakhouse experience in a long time! I take clients to LongHorn often as they’re always reliably delicious and high end. Today was the first time I’ve had the white cheddar mushrooms and I will never not order them. They’re amazing. I got the salmon but ordered it blackened and it was the best salmon I’ve had in so long. Truly a great dining experience. Our waitress, Amy, was excellent. She was kind, professional, and welcoming. Kudos to her!
