Long John Silver's

The food and service were good in the past but today was absolutely awful. There is 5 cars total in the parking lot and one car in the drive through ahead of us when we pulled in. So it was not busy. My self and a colleague were getting food after a meeting i place my order and said that I have a separate order as well and immediately a man starts yelling over the lady taking our order saying “one order per car” I was taking back by him asking like that so I said excuse me. Then he takes the Mike from her and proceeded to raise his voice at me and say “one order per car there are customers ahead of you” as if one person in front of me changed things so I added my colleagues order to mine and paid for his food because it change absolutely nothing for them to have taken it separately it wa

My friend just went to get us dinner at this location, and he was not treated very well. He ask for extra tarter sauce and they said he could only have one per fish, the man was not friendly and said he had to order more fish in order to get more tarter sauce. There was other issues also. We have never had a problem until now, used to be a nice friendly place to eat anymore, and they have lost our business, and I will let everyone else know about this also. We do not recommend this store. My friend has never had such bad service before like this.

Manager was rude to an employee. The employee said his pay was off a few hours. The manager yelled "well I ain't paying you that. You can go ahead and walk out!" On top of that, food was Cold and stale. No ranch no red velvet cheese cake as posted that they had. Bathroom was disgusting and smelled bad. Only thing they had on the radio was news. The news was only depressing and sad. There were little kids listening to this. Bathroom floor was also uneven I almost fell.

Ive ordered from this one 4 times since I moved back and everytime to food was on point. Always fresh always what I've ordered. The cole slaw is wonderful most restaurants just put it together and dont seem to care how it turns out. Whenever we are in the mood for chicken and fish this is the place we turn to now. Keep up the great work!

Food wasn't good, service slow and not friendly, and customers allowing children to holler ( and not a small child about 11 to 12 yrs) don't plan on ever going back, I love Long John Silvers... but if this is how they are going no wonder so many have been shut down
