Long John Silver's

I believe this was honestly an off-day for the business. They appeared incredibly short staffed, the employees were arguing amongst themselves over the productivity of what appeared to be a new hire, HOWEVER. the food was absolutely flawless. We would definitely come back just hope they can get some people hired.

I place my order online so I don't have to wait. Pick up time was 8:23. It's now 8:35 and only one person has recognized that I'm even here. The lady working drive thru has major issues. She's gotta go!!!!!

We ordered fish dinners with corn & cole slaw. Some of the fish could had been chicken. We were not sure because of the texture. The fish used to be flaky and better. But we understand inflation & cost of goods. Overall we were pleased. But miss the good old days of large flaky fish filets and sufficient side portions. We are just glad they are open to serve up childhood favorites. Close to the interstate & gasoline. Near hospital and other medical services. Clean and safe. Employees are always so kind and caring. They keep us coming back to be quite honest. Overall we had great meals. Lots of nostalgia when you dine here.

I went through drive-thru where I sat for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Then another 25 minutes in line to pick up my order. Cars behind me were getting out of line and driving away. So much for fast food. They must have been short-staffed that day. Don't go through drive-thru if you're in a hurry. The food itself was decent, just a little greasy.

I don't like to gush, but this is probably one of the best places in South Charleston. The customer service felt like I was a spoiled family member. SPECIFICALLY Cat, Teresa, Hank and Ashley. These employees turned my night around without even knowing I needed it. Environment is very welcoming and I will be bringing my littles to eat again and again.
