Long John Silver's

Food and service are absolutely incredible! Hot fresh food delivered quick! This location always strives to make sure the customer is well taken care of and that alone means a lot, but throw in such delicious food and you've got yourself a dang good place to eat!

Honestly, the food was fantastic and the service was really fast and friendly. The two girls working were very nice and smiled and interacted well. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked as were the hushpuppies. The Cole slaw was good as well. Now, the ladies working probably needed to give a little more attention to cleaning up the lobby and the condiment area (quite a few dirty tables) and the ownership should probably look into just a light spruce up. No full remodel needed but a little bit of paint (especially the interior windowsills) would go a long way. The booths were pretty rough in some places as well. In the end, I'm still giving 5 stars because I was that impressed with the food and service but I probably would give 4 stars if either of those weren't true 10/10 experiences.

It had been a while since we have had long john silver. We were headed back from Joplin and decided to order. It was spot on. We got our fish fix!

Sadly, LJS quality of food varies from place to place, as does their cleanliness. This location in Neosho was great! The fish and hushpuppies were cooked perfectly - crisp, hot, and not greasy. We were able to find a clean table, and they were cleaning others as well before more customers arrived. The ladies' restroom was clean; however, my husband stated that the men's restroom was not. It's very easy and close to I49 for our trips to and from Kansas City. We'll be back.

I think Long John Silvers is stepping up their game. Food was hot and fresh. More how LJS was years ago. I wish more fast food would go back to how the did it when they were good and food was actually prepared in the restaurant.
