Long John Silver's | A&W

Service is slow, cashier was unfamiliar with coupons, register was not equipped to enter some coupons. Every time we've been here, the place looks shabby, counters are grimy. The bathroom was dirty and lacking paper in the stall. The food was good ( we had burgers) but have found the burgers to be unavailable if you come in in the evenings.

So sad ! I haven’t been to an A&W / Long John Silvers since I was a child, I found this one still standing ..barely. Walked in and it smelt like everything was burning and walked into a cloud of smoke. None of the workers in the kitchen are wearing gloves. The cashier grabbed another persons fish with her bare hands. We came in for the whole “experience” of root beer floats in the frosted A&W glass and she put them in regular plastic cups. When I asked if they can come in the frosted glass cashier told me no. Terrible service and completely unsanitary!!! Will never be back …thumbs down

My experience was subpar. Weird previous worker was in there by the counter my entire half hour visit just talking to the staff and telling them about customers being there. I ordered the pickle cheese curds and 2 fish tacos. Told them I wanted a combo and only got the tacos. This simple order took 25 minutes and i got told they were just waiting on shrimp. There was no shrimp on my order not did I receive any. The curds were okay but my tacos were drenched in a disgusting amount of lemon oil sauce. Also there lobby music is just way too loud. Will not be back.

Rarely I will eat Long John Silver's. When in the area I've gone to this store a couple of times and got sick from it. This time I went inside. I did that because I wanted to make sure the food was fresh and my truck doesn't fit well in their drive-thru and I hate my tires scraping on anything. So inside right away the counters are dirty from fingerprints which I don't like. It grosses me out. But it wasn't too bad. I just didn't touch it and it is a greasy food so there you go. But right away the guy at the register turned around and sneezed into the space all behind the registers. That was nice that he turned away from me being covered his face or anything he sneezed all over. I don't want to breathe that when it's circulates back around to the front and I don't like that he sneezed all

Rest In Peace to this establishment. I'll never eat here again after my last experience. Our last few visits were bad, but not THIS BAD. Their app confirmed that our food was ready. After arriving, we were asked to wait about 10 minutes, meaning the employees are not working as fast as they're supposed to. They're zombies. Oh and it's gets worse! After waiting the 10 minutes, we were told the order was given to another customer by accident, meaning we had to wait once again. Fast food service is supposed to be fast. Long John Silvers is TRULY a slow food service. No reason for this issue to occur as they have warmers for their food. Learn how much food to keep in the warmers on average. It's not hard at all. P.S. - Our beverages were 75% full. They are also blind apparently.
