Long John Silver's | A&W

I've been to this location 5 or 6 times and I only have good things to say. The crew is on point: they work together, they are friendly, and they are quick. Food: seems to be made to order. Every single order I've made has been delivered accurately and fresh. Cleanliness: the lobby is always clean. The tables and booths look fine. The trash is never overflowing. I didn't notice any random stains on the walls or windows. The bathroom could use a little TLC.

Fish pieces cut small, gave us 1 order of fries instead of the two we paid for, left out condiments we requested, all of this on a mobile order from the app so they had it in writing. Then they refused to answer the phone when we called back.

The young lady working the drive thru wasn't very pleasant 😕 My food was ok but not the usual HOT, as I prefer it. I drove across the bridge to this location because I've had positive experiences in the past. The young lady who used to work the drive thru was EXCEPTIONAL and VERY FRIENDLY!!! If she no longer works there, I may NOT return to this location😒 P.S. And the drive thru was extremely SLOW!!! I waited at least 15 minutes!

I ordered through drive-thru and it ended up that my order was not fully correct. I think it may have something to do with them having difficulty with processing coupons.

The wait was extremely long and the order had multiple items missing. The bag was full of condiments that were not requested and some simply did not go with the order. I parked and went inside to get my order right and the manager said she would just make my order completely over. I said, "I don't want to wait another 30 minutes, I just want my coleslaw, my double order of waffle fries and the piece of chicken I'm missing." It was a cluster and it took them some time to simply add missing items that I paid for to my bag. But I don't blame those kids. I blame the owners who should have had an adult in there running things.
