Long John Silver's | A&W

We loved our visit to LJS and A&W! The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. The store was clean and the atmosphere was great too! We got the meal quickly without any real wait, and we were very pleased with the quality of the food. My one complaint is that it was a bit more expensive than I expected, but when you have good service and good food it comes with a cost. I will return to the store as I was pleased with the experience. I had not had LJS in years and it was just like I remember it being when I was a kid.

Ricky was GREAT! ALWAYS ASK FOR HIM! Long Johns needs to offer a tip option for their cashiers and cooks. I feel like this would help increase moral and make it just a better experience for everyone! Rickys was customer service on point, honestly should be a manager. Happy vibes, soo nice, we went last minute and he was so helpful and understanding and didn't make a fuss about us being so close to closing time. Ricky cashed is out, made our food, and got us our drinks. All short handed and with an amazing attitude. Dude thank you so much, everything was great and we appreciate you so much! You deserve all the BEST THINGS!

Coming from a city without a Long John's Silvers helps me to appreciate this place so much. Many places tend to have poor service near closing time but this visit was a prime example of phenomenal customer service. The drive cashier Miligros greeted us and was patient as we decided what to order. Besides the service the food was piping hot and fresh. If I could I would rate 10/5 stars. A job well done y'all!!!

A friend and myself decided one day to drive 90 miles to a Long Johns. Haven't eaten there in prob 10 years. Everything tasted exactly the same, which is a good thing. I think the workers behind the counter were the owners, very friendly and helpful. Honestly totally worth the trip and can't wait for the one to open in Amarillo. I credit myself for the one opening back up in Amarillo. 🤣🤣 Was only a few days after Clovis they were coming to Amarillo. I'm going to HEB next, fingers crossed.

I don't understand why they still have this drive-thru service open. The cashier that's usually there is so rude. It's as if she doesn't even like her job. When she's not done taking our order she walks away from the window and has the cook finished cashing us out. Very unprofessional. The food is pretty amazing but the service sucks every single time! I feel like they need to get a better person to represent the restaurant and drive-thru. It's because of service like this that deters customers from repeating their visits to this establishment.
