It's cold outside but we wanted shakes, so we came to A&W with Leo....he really enjoyed the chocolate shake! We will definitely be back

Once upon a time this was mine and my mother's favorite restaurant chain. Ordered to go recently. The service and people were absolutely amazing. The meal/menu options, ridiculous prices and food quality were terrible. I will never eat here again. 😥

We did not get the meals that we ordered. They were short two pieces of chicken. We were given three pieces of shrimp instead. I tried to call the location to let their manager know our orders run correct but no one answered the phone.

If I could put less than a one I would. I have been in the hospital and recently had surgery and can finally eat and was craving Long. John silver's fish. My husband went and got a three-piece fish dinner and they put three pieces of chicken in with the hush puppies and then no one would answer the phone to correct the issue.

I was ignored at the counter for a few minutes. I ordered the 8 piece shrimp meal with Cole slaw and fries to go, got home and only had 7 shrimp. Spent over $11.00. From what I could see of the kitchen floor, it was filthy, looked like it wasn't swept all day or evening. Staff was not welcoming, the cashier couldn't count and apparently neither could the person that boxed my shrimp. Disappointing
