Delicious food truck by Quartzite Brewery! Their Signature Banh Mi was recc'd by everyone I talked to -- delicious as a salad as well! Half-chicken / half-squash curry was hearty and flavorful. Looking forward to heading back to try more on the menu!!

I’m still sitting at the Quartzite Brewery eating my amazing turkey sandwich (The Gunnie) hence why there’s only half in the photo. I can’t emphasize enough how delicious and innovative this sandwich is! Apple cider vinegar mayo, the apple butter and smoked cheddar and turkey? I have never had anything like this before and it’s exactly what I wanted it to taste like. Thanks so much for being a quality establishment. No notes whatever.

So delicious!! I got their swiss jam sandwich and it was so good. And they didn't skimp on the bacon, that sandwich was loaded! My husband got the pulled pork and said it was really good too. Definitely a good place to stop and have a nice meal in Chewelah.

Stopped in for lunch on my way up north and had the Banh Mi, was incredibly tasty and satisfying. Nicely seasoned local pork patties, typical veggie fixin's, tasty sauce and kind of a hoagie roll instead of the usual baguette. Not 100% traditional for a banh mi but all the tweaks worked well. Since it wasn't clear to me from the other reviews / info, this is a food truck parked next to a brewery, not a brick & mortar restaurant. Only quibble was that it took surprisingly long (20 minutes+) for them to make my sandwich and the five or so in front of me. Still, very much worth the wait, so I'll stick with five stars.

Best bahn mi I’ve ever had. I would eat one of this sandwiches everyday if I could.
