Logan's Roadhouse

This is probably the best Logans I have been to. The one at my home town has not been good for a while. The salmon and shrimp was hot and tasted great. The ceasure salade was fresh. The service was great and they all were friendly. I have come here two times while traveling and both times it has been great. The last time I got steak and it was hot and cooked the way I requested.

Ordered take out via Uber Eats, so expected some minor issues. Not hot - no biggie. What I ordered was burger & fries with jalapeño poppers. The poppers were good. Bigger than I expected but tasty. The burger wasn’t really bad, but it was missing mayo and onions - well, see pic. I did have to specifically request the mayo because I also didn’t want tomatoes or pickles. So I’ll try again - maybe better next time. Service in atmosphere do not apply since I was not actually in the restaurant. I’m only reviewing the food.

Logan’s has 1 of the best cooked Ribeye steaks if your a Steak Lover. I also love the huge chopped steak. Delicious 😋 Tried the new menu item deep fried bacon which was pretty good

Level Up Logan’s We ordered Logan’s to be delivered, for those that don’t know it costs more. Through a 3rd party yes but my complaints are not with them, it’s Logan’s. Ordered a bowl of French onion soup and received a cup size portion for the price of a bowl missing cheese & croutons with barely any onions in it. So I paid for a bowl of Au jus?? Way to go Logan’s!! Also ordered country fried chicken with as advertised “smothered in gravy”…. But received less than 2oz of gravy. Husband ordered country fried steak also received the same. If I was eating in your establishment I 100% would have received what I was promised! DO NOT PAY MORE TO GET DELIVERY EAT THERE SO YOU HAVE A PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

I read the other reviews good and bad. I wanted my steak medium rare to medium. I mentioned that I had read reviews about undercooked steak. She check, based on who's cooking she suggested I order medium if I wanted medium rare. My steak was Perfect! I would say service is top notch. Food as good as can be expected at this price point. Atmosphere is just as expected. Just shy of a full 5 stars since communication is needed for perfection.
