Logan County Child Support

Absolutely the worst people to talk to do. From either side of the aisle. Lisa is rude and arrogant and yells all the time. The phone service is a joke. Who wants to talk about personal financial things on SPEAKER! Worst place ever.

Well I can say that everyone in the comments are right. They never answer the phone. Dealing with this place is a headache. It's probably the most disorganized bunch I have ever dealt with. I have had them numerous times say I have not paid, and have to go find my receipt to show I did pay. They do not care if a major problem occurs in your life that hinders you financially. ex: like a vehicle needing repaired so you can make it to work. They will almost without saying it, tell you that you need to sell your soul for a child support payment or your going to jail. They are very disorganized about getting your paperwork mailed to you about court dates which could and or will land you in jail for a failure to appear. They have the attitude that noone has any real life problems, and have stack

I have been trying to set up Child Support through my job for 3 months now, they never answer the phone, but on the off chance that they do, they're rude and don't do their job. I've called up there, got their email and sent them all the information they needed and even cc'd my HR department all of our emails back and forth. My ex called up there today, and they had no idea what was happening and was sending the paperwork to the local company I work for when I live in GA and stated many times. Now, I'm several payments behind and not one person contacted me when the LOCAL company rejected the paperwork.

If the same people are there that have been for years WATCH OUT! They will help the one who has to pay the child support over the child. My Ex made $1000 a week and should have been reported as 52 weeks @$52,000 yearly. The woman put $4000 a month which made it $48,000 yearly. She did this on purpose to help my Ex because they grew up together. Knocked my child out of money owed to him!!!! I have all the papers and proof that this happened. She even met with me to ask me not to make him pay so much!!! Unbelievable!!! They are for their friends, not the children. Plus, this was the lady who was manager of the place. So Watch Out and do all the figures and research for yourself! Do not trust that they have the best interest of your child at heart. They have no heart!!

I live all the way in tn. I can never get anyone on the phone. Been trying to reach them for months to update banking information and etc. I would hate to have to take off of work to drive all the way there. I can’t afford to miss any days. Definitely when my child’s father bounces around from job to job to avoid making payments smh. Child support office people need to do better.
