Locos Grill and Pub

Stopped by for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. Our server made us feel right at home and ensured we had everything we needed as we dined. The menu has plenty of options--burgers, wings, salads and sandwiches. My hubby chose the Cuban sandwich and I went with the bacon cheeseburger. Both were delicious and very filling! I also grabbed the Moose Mix Up (variety of appetizers) to start. Onion Rings were a little salty but everything else was tasty. Great spot with lots of TVs!!

Food is pretty good! The steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Onion rings were a bit over breaded for my liking. Both salads were delicious.

I’m honestly so over Locos not having an idea what extra crispy is. The skin is rubbery and zero crisp every time. I have to take home and cook an extra 15-20 min myself. Also, if you give the option on your online ordering sites for all flats, then they have a responsibility to tell the customer not only are they not going to give them all flats, they are going to give you FOURTEEN drumsticks and only 6 flats in your 20 piece order. I understand if you have to do half of each with a 20 piece order, but you should have the ALL FLATS option removed and certainly not give fourteen drumsticks(which are nasty). They also gave the smallest they must have. I paid much more extra for Uber to deliver since I couldn’t come pick up myself, but it seems anytime I keep ordering from here, it seems the

Never left a bad review but this place warrants it ALLY is a horrible manager . My first time being here 10 wings are 15.99! I decided to still go for it anyway . WORST decision ever I got it roasted and tasted exactly like papa John’s wings on a bad day! I tried to tough it through then decided to get a burger because it was too uncomfortable to eat I talked to the manager and asked if I could get my wings compt she said NO because I didn’t only eat 1 . I left there so unsatisfied and spending way more than necessary should have went to akedemia ! Never coming here again ALLY the manager seems like she’s not fit to run a food service business. ALSO if you like precooked wings that you can taste the second hand cook on it come here. Ally (the manager) told me that most restaurants here do

We had a bad experience a couple of years ago, but decided to give them a try to see if things had changed. Well, our server Taylor made us feel like we were VIP customers. This is our second trip in and Taylor has still managed to impress us with her professionalism and knowledge. The food was great and we will continue to show our support to Loco's.
