I visited Local Republic today for the first time and had a really good experience overall. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with French fries, the Korean fried chicken, and a cheesecake (which I sampled in the car). The food was good quality—solid and enjoyable, it’s not bursting with flavors but it’s decent quality ingredients. If you get what I mean. The standout part of my visit was my server, Sophia. She was super attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the experience better. I had two lemon drops, and everything was handled smoothly. I did make a mistake and forgot that the Korean fried chicken had pecans, which I’m allergic to, and they were very accommodating about sending it back with no issue. Out with the in-laws and this place sure had a wait, but we were able to walk around for a little until it was our time. Such a cute little town, we sat outside across from the restaurant which was nice given we had a stroller, so enough space for all of us. This app was one of the best we’ve had wow, this non-alcoholic drink was nice, tasted like lavender lemonade almost, & the food was great also.

Incredible! I made a reservation (and you should too, this place is seemingly in high demand, and for good reason) for my boyfriend’s birthday tonight. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, but the food. was. legendary. We started with the pork belly, I had the steak frites, and he had the Celine Dijon. Every bite was like a new experience for us (seriously, how do you reinvent the french fry - even they were next level) and I can’t wait to bring family and friends in the future.
