Local On North

The food and cuisine are top notch. True gourmet. The food is incredibly delicious. Plus the service is extremely amicable. I didn't have any expectations when I first tried it but now this restaurant is becoming one of my favorites anywhere in the world, let alone Canton.

I always love coming here to get together with family. The staff makes the experience so enjoyable and the food is always incredible! Definitely recommend if you haven’t come yet!

What a great local place to stop and enjoy. This place was a quick find on a day trip to Canton. My wife and I loved the atmosphere. Our server as kind and offered great suggestions, and WOW the food was excellent!

It was our first time for dinner at Local On North. Excellent appetizer, entree, atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the live music at the front of the restaurant. The soup was a mushroom soup, and Pan Roasted Grouper with Yucca Pancake, Mango and Local Tomato Salsa, and Jalapeno Creme. Delicious! Very well seasoned, excellent food temperature, and tasty combination of fish and salsa. Some of the beers are local. My score a 5.0.

We went here for NYE dinner. Party of 6. We were sat downstairs but only after 2/3 of our party arrived (we had a reservation). The bartender/server took our order for drinks and an appetizer but failed to put the order in. We sat for an hour with NOTHING. No water. NOTHING. I had to go to the bar to see where our drinks were. Still took another 15 minutes. They were not that busy by any means and the bartender/server who originally took our order never came back to our table. The food is usually amazing. Last night it was average at best. Like it was rushed. The charcuterie board was slapped together and our meals were just OK. Seared tuna was wet (dripping wet) from salad placement. We’ve been here before and I fell in love with the place. NYE changed all of that. We weren’t in a rush b
