Good food is maybe the best reason to eat at a restaurant, but finding good folks there sure does add to the flavor and experience. We finally got to this place tonight and I am so glad we did! We both ordered the rib plate but each ordered different sides, so we got a good sampling: Brunswick stew, baked beans, fries, and smoked yams. I like my fries grease-fried and crunchy. These were air-fried. Just not the same, but they were good. I would readily order all those sides again. The ribs were REAL! Large, meaty, really tasty, and fall-off-the-bone done. The wife got one of the pumpkin spice cookies. Wow! The one bite I got was awesome. The dining area is separate from the kitchen. REALLY, I mean like a whole separate building! But it is inconvenient only for the staff. They went way out

Just had lunch at the road side "local Eats" restaurant BBQAnd let me tell you what it's the best I've had since I've been in south GeorgiaTake the time take the effort to come over and see this man his Carolina barbecue sauces thats to die for same with a sweet and spicy sause pork sjuicy coleslaw is delicious can't say enough about the macaroni and cheese

Love this place! Great service and even better food. They aim to please.
