Local Cantina Canal Winchester

Amazing experience at this restaurant. We were sat immediately and the server was so kind and helpful. The tacos and drinks we got were extremely good. And the salsa too! All the food tasted fresh unlike some Mexican restaurants. We will definitely be back to this location. Thank you for the great experience!!

We absolutely love this Cantina. The staff is fantastic, and we typically see Amber and Maci — both are wonderful and make you feel like an old friend or part of the family the moment you walk in. The drinks are great, the vibe is always welcoming, and it’s just an all‑around awesome place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!

I let the restaurant know in advance a party of 10 would arrive at 3:00 on a Saturday to hold our bookclub meeting. When we arrived tables were set up to accommodate us. We were greeted by the bar tender and our server, Mia, and there was no wait. Mia was very attentive, polite and informative about the menu. The food came out faster than expected, it was hot and we were all served at the same time. After we were served Mia checked to make sure we were all good. The food was very flavorful and our party was very satisfied. Several people mentioned coming back to this location based on the great experience with the food, drinks, friendly atmosphere and top notch service provided my our server, Mia. "Local Cantina" here in Canal Winchester, is in a great location and the decor is right on point, with lots of interesting different types of things to look at. Oh and by the way the bartender's Amber & Macy, are outstanding very personable & make you feel right at home. The food is Superior! Obviously I very highly recommend this restaurant!

I am on a low salt diet which understandably limits things.....but was able to have a healthy and delicious bowl here. I got rice with blackened fish, topped with grilled corn salsa, shredded lettuce, black beans, and monterey cheese. It was both fresh and filling and a really good deal. Service was super friendly and I'll be back.
