Yummy rice noodles made fresh every day, cash only 😋 she makes the best nước mắm ever too
This is one of the top banh cuon I have had and I've eaten a good amount in San Jose and Orange County. I came across this mom and pop store ran by a Vietnamese grandma and grandpa by chance. I got the plain and one with chopped shrimp bits. The sheets had the right amount of chew and flavor by itself. I would definitely go back for catering.
