**Update 3/1/19: it's now someone decides to reply to a review after 6 years... Well, 6 years ago, MDT cards were loaded here with cash or for $1.50 when using a debit card. I gladly took the fee because I needed to get to campus and it was the closest store I could get to. Until one semester, they decide to say, "the machine is down." After repeatedly visiting, that was their excuse. I never went back after that. It still doesn't excuse the unprofessional service I received.** I've been coming here during the spring semester to load my bus card. Its amazing how late these people come to work. Always 15 to 20 minutes late. They have the hours posted in the window, yet they have almost 7 customers waiting outside giving them awful looks when they finally arrive. The manager is very friendl
