ll Pastaiolo - Best Italian Restaurant South Beach, Miami Florida

Il Pastaiolo has a romantic, airy vibe to it — just one block away from Ocean Drive, it’s close to all the action of South Beach with a little less chaos to deal with. The staff are young and friendly, though the menu is a bit pricey for what you get (but, that’s par-for-the-course in this area). The pasta was great, but I won’t lie and say I wasn’t a bit disappointed by how basic/prepackaged the salad felt. The meatballs were also a bit of a letdown, so I might recommend skipping apps and just getting entrees here. Overall, it was a good meal, but I don’t think it quite lived up to the hype we were expecting from the reviews online.

It’s a pretty good Italian food, good enough. Not a 5 star but they really doing their best. We had meatball they don’t have pork which we appreciates-was really good, Alfredo pasta & seafood pasta - some have any broth - was just fine. The service was good, the staff is running and doing great. There is no indoor is I understand right

Patio Restaurant with an Italian experience. With all the amazing reviews we had to try this place. We were seated on time with our reservations. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This place seems like its a family run operation. Tried the Caesar salad. The ingredients were fresh and not overdressed. Overall taste was good but didn't over impress. My kids ordered some pasta dishes which they both said were excellent and they both looked amazing. The portions were generous and well presented. We also tried the pizza which was okay as the crust was very basic and no one was overly impressed. I also noticed they only have two pizzas on the menu and my personal recommendation would be to take it out. I also tried the octopus which was very good. Also not incredible as it lacked

Came across this Italian restaurant during a work trip, and wow I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service! My server Leandro was very attentive and made my dining experience wonderful. I sat outside on the patio and the atmosphere is great especially during a Miami night. The food was superb, where I had the Burrata e Pomodorini (very fresh and tasty!) and the super generous and delicious Pizza Prosciutto & Arugula! Excellent food in Miami Beach - would gladly come back!

Pastiolo in Miami was a wonderful experience. They kindly created a delicious vegan linguine with mushrooms and olive oil for me, which was simple, fresh, and full of flavor. My daughter and her husband ordered pizza and gnocchi, and they absolutely loved their dishes as well. The ambiance was fantastic, with beautiful outdoor seating, and the service was amazing from start to finish. You truly feel like you are dining in an authentic Italian restaurant. Highly recommend.
