L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I am super upset. I came in and ordered $90 worth of food. First time ever trying this place. People raved about it. So I was excited to try it. Especially since I am moving in a week. Got to the point to check out and I knew I had $81.19 on one card. So I wanted to do split payment. Cool no problem. Took the money off that card. Swiped another card and guess what it took the whole $90 again. I showed to the staff where it charged me on both cards. But guess what, of course they couldn’t do anything to fix it. They tell me to contact my bank. MY BANK DID NOT MESS UP! YALL DID. Called the manager of course they “couldn’t” do anything. How can you see the charges and not refund me. I was told oh if your bank can’t help and it doesn’t fall off in 5-7 business days we will see if there is anyt

Feb, 2026, Just an update... Stopped by today for early lunch, to avoid noisy crowds...no change, service WITH a smile!!!🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙😁 Also uploaded a better photos of clear menu board with visible prices of all items offered. I got a mixed BBQ combo, wife got her favorite Kalua Lau Lau plate. My BBQ had tasty beef and ribs but, chicken wasn't flavorful at all??? As always, my oddball haole wife enjoyed her Lau Lau and kalua😁 We do so wish they had manapuas😆 A perfect snacks for after a good lunch🤙 Nothing like eating good local BBQ while bruddah Iz singing "White sandy beach" on TV video🥳👍🤙 Bring back memories of home🥺 Any ways, they ship Lau Lau from Hawaii, WHY NOT the manapua???

We ordered the BBQ chicken and BBQ beef plates and they were both so delicious. The beef tastes like really juicy delicious beef jerky! The Mac salad and rice were spot on too. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

I usually come in with my wife, but today I stopped by on my own, and just like every other time the food was absolutely incredible! Everything is always so fresh and full of flavor. The place is spotless, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I have to mention the lady with the piercings—she’s always so kind and gets my order perfect every time. You guys never miss. Thank you for making every visit such a great experience! my daughter loves her knew shirt.

I'm so excited we have an L & L here. My husband and I met in Hawaii and ate here occasionally. The mac salad was the first bit we both took. The food was delicious. My only feedback was the Kailua Pork needs some work. The flavor seemed off. It was bland. Maybe just an off day. Also the prices are pretty high for a walk up spot. Seems like HI pricing today since we used to eat for under 10 buck there back when we lived in Hawaii. I'm sure it is more pricey today. Maybe sourcing?!
