Don't forget the summer reading program that they offer. Great selection of books 📚 to choose from. Update May 30, 2024 the summer reading program begins June 1st 2024 don't forget to sign yourself and kids up for a summer fun filled adventures of reading as a family. First time going to this library and the employees were very nice and helpful. Very clean and lots of items to choose from such as dvds, audio books, plenty of books, magazines and etc. Definitely has changed from years ago when it was much smaller. I loved the children's room that was dedicated to Ms. Hollingsworth who was my old high school principal at bradwell. This library was definitely a wonderful upgrade. Don't forget you can also place books on hold either in person or via the website.

I was there to print out some shipping labels for returning 2 packages. The attendant at the desk assisted me with getting a computer to use. Also cashed me out after I sent the printing job to the printer. She then released the pages to be printed to the printer that was closest to the computer I was printing from. I had a friendly productive trip to the library.

All of the library staff is extremely friendly and they are personable, willing to chat with the patrons. They all have good humor and more than willing to give customer service in finding books to read and help obtain a computer pass. The staff interacts very kindly to the children of the library I've observed and that helps the children want to come learn, which I love to see. The fostering of a good literacy culture is present in the library. One other thing I like is that this library is well patronized by the locals and I've never seen any foolishness or violence. The county cut back the budget on this library so the hours are reduced at the moment. They take a 1-hour break for lunch, now close at 5pm, rather than 6pm during the week, and they are closed on Saturdays as well which is

A friend recommended this gem since i moved to Georgia two weeks ago. They have story time during the week, and it's a great way to introduce my little one to her community, other babies, and play time. The library is large and bright, offers a lot for the community, and the patrons are super friendly.
