If you have not already visited LFAD, then this gem may become your favorite place to go every week! Not only can you get excellent pizza (so I have heard, I cannot eat gluten or dairy but I have seen other reviews for the pizza), but you can find so many other choices from a whole meal, to add-ons, to lunch items, snacks, and more. My go to items lately is soups, every week there are great soups to purchase. I also enjoy purchasing meals such as Pot Roast, Shephard's pie, Cottage Pie. Everything is LABELLED and tagged for allergies, so it is super easy to find things that are GF and DF and there are always great choices, and I love having LFAD nearby to give me easy meal options! Please swing by and check them out you won't be disappointed! In my photo below is a Pot Roast and Cider Glaze

Let’s get this place on the map! Karen is a first class chef, serving in well known places in San Diego. She’s branched off and really created something special. A farm to fork experience. We were able to customize our sourdough pizza, about 14” in size, and let’s just say between my wife and her parents (4 people) the pizza was so good, we should have gotten a third. (Some devoured 4 slices). Even after the meal, we didn’t feel heavy or bloated, which is a miracle for lactose intolerant people, but fresh ingredients can overcome such things. The store it self is like a farmers market in a hole in the wall store. Highly recommend!

Stopped in because once I heard about the handmade sour dough crust, and farm to table ingredients; I am so glad I did! I met Chef Karen, she is a gem and the storefront was adorable! I walked around and looked at all the handmade desserts and breads, also the premade cold food in the refrigerators. I decided to try the spinach and artichoke dip with some freshly baked crostini to bring home as an app one night. Once my Patriot pizza was done, I brought it home...I thought it was delicious! But the true test is my finicky husband who agreed with my opinion 😁 We tried the spin dip tonight and it was amazing, the only complaint was that the crostinis were a little to tough... maybe next time just get the fresh bread and make the crostini fresh the same day! We will definitely be back! If you

Absolutely fantastic experience at Live Free & Dine. I tried the Pemi peanut pineapple Thai chicken sourdough pizza, French onion soup, and tiramisu, and every single item was outstanding. The pizza was the highlight. The sourdough crust had that perfect balance of chew and crisp, with real depth of flavor. The peanut and pineapple combination sounded bold, but it worked beautifully. Sweet, savory, slightly spicy, and incredibly well balanced. You can tell real thought goes into these recipes, not just throwing toppings together. The French onion soup was rich and comforting, with deep flavor and no shortcuts. It tasted like something that had been simmered with care, not rushed. The tiramisu was the perfect finish. Light, smooth, not overly sweet, and clearly made with quality ingredient

Despite the frigid temps, this was well worth the drive up from Lunenburg MA. Having a gluten intolerance, I was tired of GF pizza crust but can consume sourdough. Karen (owner) took the time to introduce herself and tell us about her background which is very interesting. Our pizzas were delicious! Definitely would make the drive again for am excellent pizza!
