Liuyishou Hotpot Boston

First time visit, waited for an hour, reservation is definitely needed. No buffet available on that day, but meat sections were good and fresh. Good service and the overall experience were good. Reasonable price.

Fresh food and excellent value. Tried a couple of hot pot places in the neighborhood, Liuyishou is absolutely the best. They don’t take reservations. We were there on a weekday and mid afternoon, was able to get a table right away. Don’t miss the various cold food at the sauce bar, they are great

The service was excellent, the food came out quickly, and the staff were very welcoming and even reminded us of the cooking time. The environment was clean and tidy, with a great atmosphere, perfect for gatherings with friends. Overall, a fantastic experience, definitely come again!

Went here with five kids and myself. I would say this place is good but they didn’t allow take out after we paid for four diff broths. We over ordered veggies, seafood, and with kids they mostly eat udons or noodles. When it was time to get our check, they refused to let us take the broth home despite us having so many leftover veggies, udons, and seafood. They said it was because we did all you can eat meat. In defense, there is no meat left on the table or in the broth. I told them I paid for four broths and ask if I can just take one home. The broth is 16.99 and we didn’t get topped off with any additional broth. They still refused to let me take one container of broth home. I ended up taking all the leftover veggies, seafood, and noodles home and made a new dish or soup.

Third time here and it does not disappoint. Best authentic hotpot in Boston and we got the lunch special which was a great deal!!!
