Little Red Snack Shack

Got to try Little Red Snack Shack at Totality in Millinocket! With limited food options and a massive crowd, we didn't expect much, but even with crazy lines, we got our food in decent time, and we're super pleasantly surprised by how good everything was! I tried their Fried Pickle Wrap, which was a bomb vergitarian option while staying delicious, along with bacon ribbon fries and a drool worth Little Red fried waffle desert! 10/10 would recommend you stop and try if you see this food truck around! This is the first time I ever ate from the little red snack shack food trailer. It was at DeWitt Field airport in Old Town for a car show. I have never had ribbon fries before so I pretty much like anything deep fried so I went for it. The wife and kids were with me so I figured they probably be stealing it from me so I ordered a large for $11. I thought it seemed pretty pricey at the time but what the heck is at a car show it's basically fair food. The only reason I'm not leaving five stars is because of the wait time although I understand it was really busy but I can't give them a perfect score because of that. Ordered from the food truck in Waterville. Ate one of my three sliders. It’s was cold, gristle in the middle and for $16. I threw the rest away. Also got some loaded chips. They were cold. I think I got someone’s leftovers. Threw 95% of my $30 meal away.

Got sick eating the food. Burger had a burnt crust on it and fries was burnt to a crisp.. a good burger is not cooked with pressure also it takes the juiciness right out of it.. couldn't eat a bite of the hot dog could taste the fridge
