Little Golden Skillet

Classic small town chicken/hot dog/burger joint. Went in here to use the restroom while my car charged. It was reasonably clean. Got a glass of iced tea. Worker was very nice. Not a lot of room to sit inside but there are some tables. If you are using the car charger down the street this is an easy walk.

Do not come here unless you are a local. I stopped by (I'm a young, white, woman) and the atmosphere was absolutely awful, we didn't even wait or eat inside as we felt so uncomfortable. Service was quick enough for just fries, but I was not getting a friendly vibe from anyone. Cannot speak hugely on the food, it's probably good, decent amount of options, and the fries were good. Don't visit Windsor at all if you can avoid it, many not great interactions.

My first time visiting, I order a BLT and a chili cheese burger. After waiting for a while they called my name. I only received the Blt and it was missing the lettuce, we weren’t told in advance. I asked where was the cheeseburger I paid for. After much discussion they saw the cheeseburger on the receipt. I waited again for an extended time . I eventually realized I didn’t want anything. I asked for a refund and left. This by far was the worst experience i have had at any location. There was no greeting no apology for mix up with the order. This was my first and it will definitely be my last. It got to be being local keep them open. Gotta do better

little golden skillet blew me away. 10/10 would recommend this to everyone in the area. need more locations.

Every time I come home I just have to go to lil Mint and get me 2 chicken legs and a bowl of coleslaw. I love this place. Oh yeah with a Pepsi.
