Little Caesars Pizza

The people o talked to the phone is so disrespectful the way he answer me. I thought it’s just only at the phone also in person well if you don’t like your job you better quit. Jos tall long hair ,thin, panic guys age around 20’s .. Customer service is sooooo bad!

I came in here with someone to pick up their order on a hot day and was pleasantly surprised this location had the Ac on. The lobby appeared clean, spacious. The high rating is also based on poor experience at other locations. When friends offer me a slice it’s usually a no for me if I’m grossed out by the place.

All the employees are very nice. Good behavior, the whole shop is clean. The particular Indian lady is very nice.

I called to make an order very politely and the person on the other side was very disrespectful for no reason. Yelling at me for “not” saying my order loud enough is ridiculous when I was talking right into the speaker. I was asking for the price of the pizza and he practically yelled it at me. After that I asked how long it would take and he hung up quickly. He also gave me so much attitude I can’t believe Little Caesar hired this guy.

System crashed when I paid and they told me I had to pay again. I showed them my checking account and that it said it went through. They told me I had to pay again and that if I got charged twice I could go in the next day to get my money back. When i went back they told me they had to contact their management and that they’d call me. I’ve been following up with them since, I never got the call and over a month later I still don’t have my money back. I told them i’d just take a coupon but they told me no to that too.
